Please note that submission of a nomination form indicates your intent to participate in that event.
Payment is due by the closing date in order for the entry to be accepted.
Refunds / part thereof will only be issued in the case of illness or injury, and a medical certificate is required.

Ensure that you complete a nomination form and payment prior to the closing date NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

$89 WAG Level 1-Pre 3 – includes $59 Nomination and $30 Coaches Levy

A Club Leotard is a requirement for Winter Warm Ups

I will get my gymnast to try a sample leotard at the front counter and place an order by Tuesday 5th May

I understand that all associated fees must be paid even if I do not attend this competition

I understand that GymSports FNQ will apply a partial refund of the Entry Fee if a medical certificate is produced within 2 weeks of the event

No refunds will be issued without a medical certificate
