2026 Competition Nominations

Please complete the below form to submit your gymnasts’ nominations for the 2026 Competition Season.
Please note that submission of a nomination form indicates your intent to participate in that event. Host Club Nomination Fees will be invoiced once we receive an official invitation for the host club and payment is due by the closing date in order for the entry to be accepted. Refunds / part thereof will only be issued in the case of illness or injury, and a medical certificate is required.

Ensure that you complete a nomination form and payment prior to the closing date NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Date: 30th, 31st October & 1st November
Closing Date: Monday 21st September
Payment Due: Friday 25th September

Nomination Fee:

• WAG Levels 1 & 2: $95 – Includes $61 Nomination & $34 Coaches Levy
• WAG Levels 3-6: $105 – Includes $71 Nomination & $34 Coaches levy 
• WAG Levels 7-10: $115 – Includes $81 Nomination & $34 Coaches levy

• MAG Levels 1-Pre 3: $95 – Includes $61 Nomination & $34 Coaches Levy
• MAG Levels 3-6: $105 – Includes $71 Nomination & $34 Coaches levy

I understand that GymSports FNQ will apply for a partial refund of the Nomination fee only from the hosting club if a medical certificate is produced

No refunds will be issued without a medical certificate
