2026 Competition Nominations

Please complete the below form to submit your gymnasts’ nominations for the 2026 Competition Season.
Please note that submission of a nomination form indicates your intent to participate in that event. Host Club Nomination Fees will be invoiced once we receive an official invitation for the host club and payment is due by the closing date in order for the entry to be accepted.  Once the Host Club has finalised the work order (generally a week prior to the event) another invoice will be issued for the Coaches Levy to cover coach and judging expenses. Refunds / part thereof will only be issued in the case of illness or injury, and a medical certificate is required.

Ensure that you complete a nomination form and payment prior to the closing date NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The Coaches Levy assists with expences incurred for coaches and judges to attend competitions. The levy amount varies depending on the number of gymnasts attending, the location of the event, number of coaches, judges and sessions required.

By submitting this form I agree to pay all associated Competiton fees by the due date. *

I understand that GymSports FNQ will apply for a partial refund of the Nomination fee only from the hosting club if a medical certificate is produced
