Saturday Ninja Gymnastics:
A high-energy, movement-based program designed to channel strength, agility, and fun in a structured environment.
Saturday: 9.30-10.30am

Foundations Bronze: Trial classes for Girls & Boys aged 4-7 years
- Mixed gender classes focusing on developing movement and basic gymnastics shapes and supported skills.
- Each term, gymnasts are assessed by their coach to determine if they’re ready to move to the next level; Foundations Silver
- 2 Trial classes for $30
- Cost: $230 per 10 week term (1 class per week)

Boys 8+ Years: New Strength & Flip Program
We are excited to introduce our Strength & Flip program for boys aged 8 and over. This is a disciplined class where gymnasts can enjoy a balance of building full-body strength while also learning flipping and tumbling skills in a fun and safe environment. Gymnasts in this program are required to follow the instructions of the coach or they may be asked to transition to a less structured program such as NinjaGym
Classes are available once or twice per week.
Monday & Wednesday 5.30-7.00pm
Cost: $310 per 10 week term (one class per week)

Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) Competitive Program
Our MAG Competitive Gymnastics programs are especially.designed for boys who are looking to build their strength, flexibility and control. Boys will learn to master the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics apparatus with powerful combinations of skills; enhancing their physical fitness and providing an excellent foundation and support. The physical and social benefits of Gymnastics for boys are taken well into their teen years and adulthood. Our Competitive gymnasts compete at local FNQ Regional competitions and train 2-3 times a week. Our MAG Program currently offers training for Level 1-3
