MiniGym: 12 months – 2.5 years

MiniGym is a 45minute structured class that requires full adult participation. The coach will guide you and your child though a variety of circuits focusing on brain development, body awareness, social interaction, cross patterning, vestibular stimulation, balance, core strength, fine motor skills and the sensory system. Early exposure to a physical development program is key to your child’s learning, development, confidence and well-being.
Monday and Friday: 10.45-11.30am

Kindergym: 2-5 years

Our themed classes create a fun & colourful experience in our gymnasium while developing children’s physical abilities, build self-confidence while learning basic locomotor skills as well as balance, coordination and social interaction in a positive and encouraging environment. You will be amazed to watch your little ones learn as they swing, jump, bounce & climb through our challenging gymnastic circuits. Our Kindergym classes require full adult participation in the class. Caregivers play a vital role in providing their child the security to explore these activities and it’s also a great opportunity to take the time out of your busy life (off your phone) and come and have some interactive fun with your child.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9.30-10.30am

JuniorGym: Pre-Prep (4-5 years)

JuniorGym is a structured class for Kindergarten (Pre-Prep) kids. Children work independently building their self confidence, discovering body awareness, co-ordination and balance while progressively learning gymnastics skills guided by their coach. The JuniorGym Program has an added advantage of helping our little gymnasts to prepare for school by teaching them to line up, take turns, listening and following instructions.
Monday and Friday: 10.45-11.30am
Saturday: 8.15-9.00am
